Refund policy

NO REFUNDS-NO RETURNS-ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ONLY EXCHANGES FOR SIZING REASONS ARE ACCEPTED (see rules below). We inspect our products before they are put on the floor and before packaging orders. We take pride in our product quality, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

***We can exchange for sizing, IF AVAILABLE & the item MUST be free of any harsh smells (smoke, body odor, pet odors, etc) ABSOLUTELY NO STAINED ITEMS OR DAMAGED/TORN ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGES.  Please send an inquiry at least 24 hours of item delivery so that your exchange can be considered. Re-shipping fees may be required.
